Jake Addams has a 20 years of experience in radio, film and voice acting that led to a 180 degree career change into auctioneering in 2022. After dabbling as a volunteer auctioneer for a few local events, he went all in and graduated from the Auctioneer Academy to became a licensed, professional auctioneer.
As a dedicated husband and father of 3 children, 2 with special needs, Jake Addams is dedicated to helping Not-for-Profit organizations grow their revenue, services and outreach to better serve their communities. He has a passion for helping people, especially those with special needs that need our support to live fuller, healthier, and more fulfilling lives for themselves and their caretakers.
As the lead auctioneer of Proceed with Auction, his spontaneous style and fun antics win over the crowd and produce huge results in the live auction, while his life experience gives him an authenticity and empathy that connects with donors during his heartfelt fundraising appeals.
